Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
I’m really excited to share EFT a.k.a. “tapping” with you. It’s a combination of acupressure and psychology to reduce feelings of stress or anxiety and allows access to deeper levels of awareness. Finding this was a game changer!
There are two types of tapping:
Tapping scripts and videos online can provide immediate relief and are great for maintenance. The Tapping Solution has some wonderful ones. One of my favorite aspects about EFT is that with an open mind, anyone can do it!
However, when you find yourself frustrated and wondering how you got to a certain point, it’s time to see a clinical EFT practitioner who can help you gain access to the driver behind your habits, relationship patterns, emotions, and feelings. This is where we can help you.
While our conscious mind controls our thinking, planning, analyzing, and short term memory, it’s only 10% of our brain activity (some argue, it’s even less). It’s our pre and subconscious minds that controls the rest.
